The Plate Market, charming bistro, opens the door to a listed historical monument.
The architecture of the place, between courtyard and garden, is typical of Lille and the French architecture of the XIX.
Its history began in the twelfth century when the house was the lord of Lille, the equivalent of mayor today.
Under Louis XIV, he became the Mint, where we beat currency (hence the street of the currency) and the residence of the judge keeps Mint.
