The father, Pascal
In 1968 a beautiful adventure begins: After an apprenticeship in Colmar Hotel Majestic, one season at the Royal in Deauville, a short stay in Paris at the Auberge de Riquewihr, in 1969 I was off to Collonges au Mont d'Or in Paul Bocuse, Auberge du Pont de Collonges ***.

The son, David
After an apprenticeship with his father at the Pavillon Gourmand, off he goes to the Auberge de l'Ill *** in Paul and Marc Haeberlin for two years.
To perfect, he goes to Michel Bras in Laguiole ***.
Then, to satisfy his two passions of cooking and skiing, he did three seasons at the luxury hotel **** "The Cranberries" of Courchevel 1850, including one as a second cook.
In April 2004, he returned to his father at the Pavilion greedy.
In 2006, he took over as executive chef at Gourmet Pavilion, under the watchful eye of his father, until his retirement in April 2008.
