After many vicissitudes, this former flour mill from the 13th century, which remained active even into the '40s, found his face from yesteryear. Under the plaster, it was discovered all the equipment from the wall, in excellent condition, original timber, the broken tile drowned in mud, stone walls of the ground floor and the gable with its beautiful vault exhaust.
And this is a new role given to it by developing customized seven rooms, comfortable, with antique furniture and exquisite decorative details (three of them overlooking the mill pond). The dining room opens through large windows overlooking the river and is extended by a terrace garden where tables were being installed. A candlelight dinner is offered with the evening, in winter, a roaring campfire.
