The traditional cuisine of La Ferme is a credit to income and regional products. The house specialties are made casseroles such as coq au vin, cassoulet, chicken in the pot. The game and the calf's head, less common, are also well cooked. Other specialties, duck, accompanied notably apples or mushrooms. Among desserts very traditional, some sweet Anjou with Cointreau, or Anjou pears in red fondant. The terrace of La Ferme, quiet and shade of the cathedral, is highly sought. The decoration of the vast interior rooms recalls the country life of yesteryear (tools on the walls, photographs of tillage, wheat sheaves ...).
