The Teppan-Yaki Japanese
A few steps from the Ile de la Cité, the Japanese restaurant Inagiku you in a vast marble hall stand where a dozen tables and large rectangular dedicated to Teppanyaki.
In Japanese, Teppan-Yaki literally means "grilled on an iron plate" and is a way of Japanese cuisine that is developed in the 1940s.
This rite, and this type of cooking can also eat well but also to witness a true spectacle for the senses.
Indeed, the guests settled on 3 sides of the table leaving the place of honor to the chief who arrived on the head cap screw and belt knives.
And so begins the show: the food is cooked before you on a hot plate, the smell of food preparation are a delight for the senses even though you have not tasted, skill and expertise of the head are impressive.
