Deriving from the School of Culinary Arts de Lyon, conducted by Paul Bocuse, who left to go around large tables French (La Cote Saint Jacques in Joigny, Le Taillevent and Guy Savoy in Paris), Emmanuel moved to them for Musigny exercise his passion and express happiness with his sense of creativity and conviviality.
He designs an inventive cuisine, a subtle blend of flavors to the rich southern produce. Changing with the seasons, the menu offers throughout the year a true epicurean experience, blending traditional and elsewhere.
