We named our restaurant the Beef House because we are serving high aged beef at moderate prices.  Our steaks are cooked over hardwood briquettes on our open-hearth charcoal broiler.  From our glass meat case filled with the finest beef, chicken and fish cut daily to our open broiler- your meal is in sight before, during and after cooking.
